If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. We will refund your money if your item is returned in its original unused condition within 90 days of purchase with its receipt. We are sorry, but the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

PLEASE NOTE our class cancellation and refund policy. If Needlework Unlimited cancels your class for any reason, we will refund your money in full. If you cancel your registration, we will refund your money if you cancel at least 2 weeks (knitting) prior to the first class. (Needlepoint classes require 4 weeks notice). Missed classes are entirely the student's responsibility and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please claim your refund within 30 days.
